hello
Is there anyone here who complained to Ministeriet? I mean we were supposed to get papers at the beginning of December. It is over 2 months since our case is delayed. I dont think that our case it is complicated.I am from EU SLOVAKIA. My husband is Danish National. moreover, before moving back to Denmark we lived 3 years in Slovakia and we we had been married for 3 years before we decided to move to Denmark. I dont know why but we were put in the queue for 7 months. Our caseworker said that she cannot promise but maybe we get our papers in 3 months but it is only guess because they are busy. She also said that our case is marriage under Eu rules. I dont know if to wait next three months. I can wait and I can still not get my papers or we should write already to ministeriet. I think that our case is not complicated she even said that we fall into EU rules. At the beginning of May it will be 12 monts. What do you think?
Is tnere anyone here who complained to Ministeriet?

This sounds really odd. As a slovakian citizen, you are a EU-citizen and entitled to live in Denmark even independently of your danish husband.
All you need to do, is to register yourself within 3 month of arrival to the danish authorities, and prove that you can support yourself in Denmark.
And, since you are married to a danish citizen, who have returned to Denmark from another EU-country, then it will also suffice, that he can support you. Any of the two will do.
But even they did not give you any papers yet, it does not really matter. You are still entitled to live in Denmark and to start working also, if you have an offer on hand.
That you did not receive any papers form "Udlændingeservice" yet is really only an administrative matter, nothing else.
If for some reason they beleive, that you should leave Denmark, they need to tell you so. And unless they do that, you definitly do nothing wrong by staying here and carrying on with your life.
This is your right, not only from being married to a danish citizen, who have lived in another EU-country, but also from being an EU-citizen yourself.

As a side remark the notion "complicated case" refers to the national danish rules for family reunification. Which are not relevant here at all, since both you and your husband have status as EU-citizens.
It really sounds like something has gone completely wrong here. And maybe the first step should be, not to complain to Integrationsministeriet, but simply to find out, what on earth is going on. And not leave the case, until the two of you have received a satisfactory explanation from a superior officer in "Udlændingeservice".
