Refusal of an application for Schengen visa
I am a spanish citizen of Nigerian origin. I came to Denmark in march 2014 and have worked since. I am sambo with a danish citizen.
18. july I invited my 5 children, all above the age of 18 years, to come an visit me. All 5 applied to the danish embassy in Nigeria.
The danish embassy has refused visa with the following explanation: ”W e have placed emphasis on the fact that You have presented a forged document.” Same reason for all five. The embassy will not inform, which document is forged. And all five have stated that all the documents are genuine.
The embassy also says, that ” the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable”.
Now i want on behalf of my children to appeal to the Danish Immigration Service.
These documents were submitted the application:
passport photo, passport, letter from sponsor, bank statement, birth certificate, letter from employer, written invitation from Denmark, flight itenary and travel health insurance.
I hope, that you can advice me how best to do the appeal.
