Howeve r from how things are going between my wife and I we have changed alot and I can't continue living with her anymore. We have 3 kids 3 year old and 7 months old. Depending on what decision you come to about the children, you may have a chance of residence permit because you have children in DK.

If you can agree on continued shared custody, and on as a minimum 'ordinary visitation rights' (every second weekend + holidays for the older children, for the youngest perhaps shorter but oftener in the beginning) for the parent with whom the children do not live together, there is a fair chance that you will be given residence permit in order for your children to be able to have contact with both of their parents.
