permanent residence permit after 5 years

hello.
i 've been a regular visitor to this forum since 2 years but now is the time i need help and advice.my situation is kinda complicated.i am gonna make myself as clearest as i can.
i married a danish citizen in 2006 in my country which is non eu.
moved to sweden in 2007 and get my 5 years uppehallstilstand according to 2004/34/eg rule in december 2007 .
in 2010 divorced my wife.
now my 5 years permit is running out of time and i like to apply for permanent residence.
my questions are:
1-how can i apply permant residence?no much infomation in migrationsverket webside.
2-what is the chance of getting permanent residence?can i get rejected coz i am divorced?

1) Please refer to Migrationsvaerket for questions about such formalities. It is their job to answer them.

2) You will need to prove, that you independently meet the requirement of being a worker, student or self sufficient person i.e. the requeriment, that your spouse originally had to meet.

i already send bunch of emails to the migrationverket but no answer...
what i dont get it is the amount of being self indepedence.is there a spesific amount?

There is no specific amount, but you must have a regular income of some sort, and be able to pay your rent and your other living expenses with it.
