I live in Sweeden and came here as a student for 4 month ago. Now im doing my second semester and just got a baby. I want to know if my baby is born in sweeden , will she get the swedish passport or will it be like mine indian passport as im from India.

I really like to be here as i find it very nice country but dont know what is the rule for me as i cant pay the fee for my semester now when i have a baby and cant attend the classes either.

Can anybody plzz provide me some information what is the posibilty for me if i want to stay here.

If the baby will be Swedish from birth will depend of who is the father? You don't become Swedish merely by being born in Sweden unless you happen to be born by parents of no recognised nationality.

The father is also from Indian and has indian passport, he is still in India.

Well then the baby will be indian also.

ok that mean i have to make passport from India to her..... or from indan embassy.

What else are my possiblty to stay in Sweeden,

Check www.migrationsverket.SE for guidelines but if you are in Sweden to study and you don't study anymore you will likely be asked to leave Sweden.

You should seek advice from a student councillor if there is any possibilities for dispensation or leave of absence for one term.

Otherwise best would be to return home to India.
