living in Denmark on process visa and while waiting to hear immigration.
In a situation where one needs medical attention and with no cpr, what should one do?

I don't know in which part of Denmark you are, but there's a health clinic in Copenhagen for immigrants without a cpr. You can probably get the address by writing to the e-mail written in the last line on this page:

You should go to an emergency room or doctor (praktiserende læge). If it is an urgent situation, attention will normally be granted without a fee, even you have only "processual stay". If your travel insurance has not yet expired, it might be a nice idea to extend its duration. Normally however you can not sign up for a new insurance, when your travel have already begun. This is a general policy, that most insurance companys have in order to prevent abuse.
