Hi everyone.

I have been married to adanish girl for more then
4 years now and now she want to divorce . so sure i will be kicked out of the country although i finished the langauge with high score and studied and have a prakitik place for over 2 years now in a very good place. Now we are under separeation and we should go to court soon when they call for us cause i didnt wanna sign the paper.

the Question is.
I met a swidesh girl and she want me to invite me to live in sweden as aboyfriend not as a husband . Can apply for residence in sweden while the divorce case is running here and i sigend agree about separeation or i have to be compleatly divorced before..

If you apply as "boyfriend", it might be possible, although swedish authorities might wonder a bit about the seriousness of the relationship, when you "jump" so quickly from one girl to another. Also to apply as "boyfriend" in Sweden, you need to prove, that the relationship has lasted for a certain while. So while it might be possible to apply, a positive outcome of the application can not be assured.

I think, that the main obstacle will not be the fact, that your divorce has not yet gone through, but rather a quite natural suspicion, that your relationsship with the swedish girl is a sham one. I.e. that the two of you only claim to have a relationship, because you like to stay in Denmark/Sweden rather than go back to your own place. And in this regard you will have a much stronger case, if you are already divorced and married to the swedish girl.
