Hi again!

So, we are about to get a flat in Malmö and we just need to be completely sure it is the right thing we are doing.
First of all, we moved to Malmö on the 1st of Dec, we are staying at a friend's flat until the 22nd, from the 23th Dec we have a flat until the 30th/January, this flat has a contract, a second hand contract.
Then we have been offered to sign a contract from the 1st Feb - 30th April (3 months) for another flat. This will also be a second hand contract. Neither of the subleases are going through the company (boligselskab) that owns the property. So, the question is: can we expect to go to Migrationsverket with these contracts and hope to get a residence card for me (the foreign wife) under EU rules and will the Danish authorities accept these contracts as valid proof of our life in Sweden?
We are also documenting our life here with the following:
- Contract that proofs my husband is working in Sweden.
- We got our swedish cpr numbers within a week.
- We are saving receipts of our daily expenses
- I'm attending swedish integration course and have applied to start learning swedish.
- I have registered in arbetsformidlingen.
- Swedish mobile phone numbers
- We are planning to get house insurance.
- And we are finding other ways to document we live here.

If your subleases should have been approved by the 'boligselskab', but they are not, they will not be worth much as proof of your 'real stay' in Sweden. It sounds to me as if they are 'black' leases, and it is not advisable to sign such contracts. It is in all respects much better to find a regular lease, however much more difficult that is.
