Good day. I just wanted to ask for help about the new family reunification law, when do you guys think will be implemented. I'm in a tourist visa now. And it will run out on January 3. Im so glad when i saw you're news that it will be implemented before Christmas. Hope you can give me some advice what can I do because on your newest update said that it will on the second half of January. Thanks a lot and more powers.

I don't really know much about how far they've reached with the new family reunification law, and i haven't really heard anything regarding the changes yet. I think it's gna take much longer than the 3rd of jan or at least if you're waiting for an answer by the first week of jan... you kinda hv to be careful if your visa's gna run out and make a plan B, C or D

Unfortunately yes, Dk is a b**** when it comes to allowing spouses to live together, so you need to think of other plans yea?

On another note, I'm sure AEUG will inform us of the amendments, we're all waiting with crossed fingers trust me

For now, figure out what you need to do with that visa of yours and good luck dearie...

It is delayed already. In the governents programme for planned laws, this one is scheduled for 2. half of january 2012. Also the political parties outside the government have not yet been invited to negotiations about it. The latter I know from a personal internal source on Christiansborg. I would not rule out the possibility, that it could drag out even more and be put forward in, say, february 2012.
