Hello everyone, I would like to know if i can get married here in sweden without a valid visa and what are the requirements for it?.

There is as far as i know not rules that says that you cannot get married without a valid visa.
But on a note not related to your question, i would guess that the Swedish police might find it helpfull to know the exact time and place of a person being in the country without a valid Visa, and might interrupt the ceremony to arrest the person.

And to what is needed (sorry i forgot about that part of you question).
both parties need to show personal identification (for the foreigner that usually is passport) and a "Civilstandsattest" (a document from ones home country stating that you are not allready married, and therefore allowed to get married). Those normally has to be officially translated into either english, or be in the language of the country where you apply for marriage.

I do have my passport with me and also a bachelor's cetificate stating that i am not marriend in my country , i was thinking that was not enough and i needed a valid visa to be married here in sweden ... Thank you very much.

Please not that my answer was "as far as i know". A call to the proper swedish authority (would be Skatteverket i guess) will clear if you need to have a valid visa.
In Denmark you need to have a valid visa to be married...But i have not heard that that is a needed in Sweden...But Sweden has also tightened up on their rules, so maybe i am just not updated.

Sweden do not have such a requiments of "legal residence" while marrying people. But be aware, that the swedish police has been known to turn up at weddings to grap and deport illegal immigrants or rejected asylum seekers, who have gone "undergrund" in order to avoid being expelled.
So if you do not want to take the risk of such a rather unromantic outcome of your wedding, it is better to get married in a country, where your both have legal recidence. Not necessesarily permanent but just legal like a visa or a visa free stay.
If however you or your spouse wish at all cost to avoid making such a trip to another country, then it will be possible to get married in Sweden. I do not advice however, that you ask to many questions about this to swedish authorities, as they will - not so surpricingly - be less than well recieved.
And others have experienced that the answers, they got, caused much more confusion than clarification. So if you want to do this, then just show up together at the proper swedish authorities bringing all the necessesary papers with you, and do not yourself in any way bring the attention towards the fact, that you one you is not staying legally in Sweden. Leave it to them to ask that question, if they so wish.
