Hi all,
Can my husband who is currently out of work invite me to Denmark as a host? He is on kontanthjelp, can he still say that he will pay for my stay in Denmark on the invitation?

Yes, if you are going to stay with him.

Hopefully he has registered your marriage in Denmark. It will affect his right to kontanthjælp, so he is under legal obligation to register it.
