I am in need of help. I am danish and my BF is Polish. He moved to Dk and got residence because of his job.
We applied to get married with Copenhagen munciple but they are asking for copy his permenant residence which he does not have.

Can you not get married to EU citizen without permenant residence.

P.s. we have not lived together outside DK only in Denmark.

You ran into someone who does not know the EU-rules and thus does not know that EU-citizens do not need residence permits (plus no-one needs a permanent residence in order to get married in Denmark).

I presume that your fiancé has registered with SIRI? If so, he will have some documentation for it, and it will be sufficient to show that. If he hasn't yet, he should do it immediately, because he should do it within 90 days of settling in Denmark. Read here (if he hasn't registered):
