New EU notice on free movement for persons released

On 6th of December 2023, the European Commission released a 102 pages long notice on the free movement rights for Union citizens and their family members. You can use it as a reference work or - if you want to nerd - read all in order to get to know your rights better. As for family members, it is irrespective of nationality.

However, this is just a notice. It has no legal binding.
