I have labour attachment visa, which means I'm only allowed to work as said company with said position, and any changes should be informed to immigration. In this case, am i allowed to open business in Denmark? I really want to but donot want to get in trouble with current visa.

You will have to apply for permission to open a business. If you already had your business, but wanted to work besides, you would have to apply for permit for that too.
