I am in a bit of a situation

Situation:
- I had applied Permanent opholdtilladelse on May 2021 together with my current work visa application.
- On March 2022 SIRI sent me a letter where it says my current visa has extended until 2025, however I should wait for US decision for card.
- Few days later US sent me a letter where it says I have been rejected for PR.

So my question is: Is my current visa still remain extended eventhough iHave been rejected for PR? Or should i apply for my visa?

Yes, the extension is still valid. It would be explicitly stated if not.

Since you did not get PR, you apparently do not fulfil all requirements. Is it stated in the rejection which one(s)?

You should work towards fulfilling all of them before applying again.

Oh thats great. Sometimes it is very hard to find out the answer from SIRI call. And my visa was expiring in two days. Ok i just wait for my card.

My case was complicated i guess. I have been living here in Dk more then 9 years and am working for 8 years on but the rejection answer they gave me "i have been stayed Dk legally only 3 years 10 months". I guess they are right. My case was complicated. I didnot apeal.
