Hi I got an answer on 22nd of November, but I am yet to receive the card, but I see on nydanmark there are new cards being printed due to new EU rules. Do you guys think I should inform that I haven't got the card? any one recently received the card?

They mentioned it’s taking more time to deliver the cards because of the process to make the new ones. It’ll arrive. Just be patient.

Are you in possession of a letter stating that you will receive the card?
From my wife received the letter we waited almost 3 (three) months before the card was ready to be picked up.

Yes I got the letter in e-Boks on 22nd November still I didn’t receive my card
