Hi, can anyone help me?

I got denied for family reunification (March 2020)because my husband and I fulfilled only 3 out of the 6 requirements. Now, my situation has changed and I have 1 more of the requirement we needed. I have an exit date next week but I am thinking if it is possible that we submit a new application?

Most likely you do not have the required status to apply, so the safest would be to hand in your application but leave on the date you have been given.
