You should have applied for a "Tilbagerejsetiladelse" with the Udlændingestyrelsen BEFORE you left the country. You will face the risk of getting turned back at the airport.

Please also remember whatever income you make in the other country, you have to pay Danish income tax on it as you are registered as a resident of Denmark.

As for the visa/permit issue, you will need to contact the Danish embassy to get a visa sticker in your passport in order to be able to return as planned.

No. It is not called a "tourist visa". You can apply for the visa sticker that you ought to have applied for before leaving the country. The visa sticker will only have a validity of maybe one week. The only purpose of it will be that it allows you to fly back to Denmark.
