Family reunification "under behandling" for more than 10 months, now what?

Thanks in advance for your attention and advise.
A short summary of our case so far:
- applied in June 2017
- received confirmation letter app. 14 days after application
- case became "under behandling" since November 2017
- updated our new lejekontrakt in November 2017 since we moved
- updated a new lejekontrakt again in March 2017 due to moving
- it is already over 10 months now and it looks like we still won't receive anything from US...
Is anyone familiar or have the same situation as us? What do you think we should do?
