You do not need to fulfill all 6 requirements, only 4 out of 6.
Danish - as a native Dane, he qualifies.
'education' for him means at least one year of education on a level above elementary school (in DK elementary school is 10 years). He qualifies.
'education' for you means at least one year of education above elementary school on either an education equal to Danish university level OR vocational training. You qualify.
As for the language requirement, you can fulfill it with proof of English on B-1 level 'from a recognized provider of language courses'. If English is your native language, I would think you do not need to take a course, but can submit your various exam papers.
But even without that, you two together fulfill what is necessary, since he qualifies with job experience.

I should think it does, I assume they mean the same test. Passing the Danish 1-test is at present required to extend a residence permit beyond the first 6 months.
And if you speak English as well as you write it, you would easily be able to pass the English B-1 test as well. But that is not necessary.
As I understand the requirements, you two together fulfill 5 out of 6.

If you by PD1 mean the older test (Danskuddannelsernes prøve i dansk 1), then no, since it has been replaced by A1.
But as proof that you have passed an exam on at least the same level you can submit certificate of Danskuddannelsernes prøve i dansk 1, passed with at least 6, if it was when the 13-scale was used, or at least 2 according to the 7-scale. (As well as other tests on higher level, of course).

1) Yes, as you would most likely only have to put up half the amount of deposit if you apply now.
2) No. The only 'softening' is in the attachment requirement, but you probably meet the present now anyway.
