Hello!

My name is Irum and I am from Pakistan which currently falls in group no.5
I really want to visit my husband and son in Denmark.
I am looking for help that how do i prepare for visit so it can get approved easily.

How i can make believe the authority that i will leave the country before my visa expires, Because last two time they refused with the same reason that i will not leave the country after visa expires.

If you are working in Pakistan, you need to have documentation that proves that you have a job and that your employer will give you leave of absence for the time you intend to visit Denmark. You also need to show that you have reasons to return to Pakistan after your visit, for instance that you own property in Pakistan or have close relatives that you take care of there.

I am a house wife so i am not doing a job.
How can i prove that i have my parents and relatives in Pakistan.

Secondly i have one more question can i apply 6 months before for family reunification before the requirement of 3 year rule met for my huband’s PR.

And what are the chances if i apply for Family reunification while i am on visit,what are the chances i can get a procedural stay?

If you apply for family reunification and they accept your case you will automatically have processual stay
