My husband’s PR (Permanent Residence) will be mature in next year (2018). My family reunification case is in appeal. We have two kids (minors) 4 and a half & 1 year old.
My question is what are the chances to win the appeal?

You need to give more details for anyone being able to provide any answer. Why do you appeal, what have you appealed, what are the reasons?

My family reunification denied because my husband does not held his Permanent residence permit for atleast 3 years.
Now my case is in appeal, my husband is having a professional job.
We have two kids born in denmark.
My case is appealed by a lawyer from retshjælp.
Its been almost 8 months i am waiting for the answer
