Currently my family reunification case is in appeal. Its been upto 7 months i am waiting for the answer.
My story begans, on 31st jan, 2016 when i got the family reunification refusal and immigration asked me to leave country within a week.
On the very next day i went to retshælp Gellerupparkkens and ask for help. They said i have to leave country and at tha time we also appeal the decision.
I left the country and after 2 weeks my lawyers got a letter that i can stay untill appeal case proceed.
After that i have applied two times for spouse visit visa but they refused both times with the same answer that i will not leave the country after the visa expire.
My husband is having a PR and he is doing a professional job from last four years. I have two kids both born in Denmark.
My son is now living with his father and he is just 4 years old and i am living with 11 months old daughter in my home country Pakistan.
I am missing my husband and son a lot and i want to live with them as a happy family.
I am from non- eu country (Pakistan)
I actually need sincere advice on my situation.
PS: My family reunification was refused becuase of 3 years rule.
Question
How long it will take normally to get an answer for appeal of family reunification?

Will the 3 year rule not soon be out of the question and you can apply again?

We have a lawyer from retshælp, she is hadling the case.
How long are you waiting for the decision?

No, the 3 years will soon have passed ...

Yes i can apply again but its difficult to live without my son and husband. Its take one whole year

Did you appeal yourself? And what did you write in appeal?
As i understood your wife have a visa so you can apply for accompanying family member visa

When 3 year rule will be completed for you? And did you appeal yourself or by the lawyer? And after how long you get the answer of appeal? Please answer

Can you please answer when will your 3 years complete?

my PR still need 1,5 year more and i got refusal this month and appealed myself and just wrote we have small kids or we should have visa etc..i think what you can do..apply again little later so until your application decision will come PR 3 years requirement fulfill. if person in Dk (legally stay)can give application and stay til decision. and now family reunification application service is 10 month and can be more..

Oh ok.wish you good luck. Actually i am waiting for for tbe answer from appeal board. Its been upto 7 months now, we are expecting answer, my problem is my husband is having a PR so my son and daughter both have it, now they cannot leave the denmark for more than 6 months.

if i understood correctly, your rejection was due to your husband does not have pr for 3 years?
