Eu-family member visa

Hello

I just wanna know what are documents required for Visa Eu-family member
And where should I legalize my marriage Certaficate mind you that I wanna visit my Dane wife lives in sweden and Im non Eu citizen

Can i have the chance to grant a visa after overstaying one previous schengen visa before marriage ? when my wife exercise her free movement to another Eu country it said that's a special statut so They require only Our 2 passports and marriage legalized is it true ?

Please confirm me cause im confused

Where you should legalize your marriage certificate depends on where you got married. A document must be legalized in the country of its origin, and if that country is not an 'apostille'-country it must also be legalized by the embassy/consulate of the country where you want to use it.

Thx for replying my msg :)

Im an algerien citizen which Algeria isnt an Apostille country through the link u have sent me , but i want to tell you that Our marriage have been done in Tunisia , In the link you sent me I have seen that Tunisia is an Apostille country but will inter in Force with the convention untill March 2018 .
In this Case should Im required to legalize the Marriage certaficate in Tunisia Then come back to Legalize it in Swedish embassy in Algiers because I want to apply for Visa to sweden ?
