I am an au pair and pregnant, my boyfriend and I wants to get married but I can only apply for family reunification the end of November when i am 23years and six months old. My due date is however a month before that. Will I be able to have the baby here and stay here, until i can apply for family reunification, on my au pairing residence permit that expires January 2019??

Don't marry until you are at least 23.5 years old. Once you marry, your residence permit will be revoked. So have the child, then marry, then apply.
Otherwise do it in your home country.

If I stay here and have the baby, how long after the birth will I have to leave the country? Since I am not allowed to au pair and have a child my residence permit will be revoked.

Once your residence permit has been revoked, you cannot enter into marriage in Denmark.
So the question is how soon this will happen. And I suppose it depends again on you and your current family's intentions. If your host family decides to inform the authorities of your pregnancy, then it will happen sooner than later.
If the father and future husband is Danish, you might also consider using EU laws instead by moving to another EU/EEA country tempoarily before coming back to Denmark. That way you can circumvent the Danish laws.
