Thanks for the forum it helps alot,

I know that its a repeated question but I couldn't find the exact answer for my question,

If the one got a temporary residence permit based on family reunification can he/she studies master degree for free (in my case I have Bachelor degree ) and 6 years experience .

its showing that its free for my case above but I want an answer from someone who tried it or know someone who tried it at least .

Your question is a bit confusing, but it seems you want to find out if your partner is elegible for free education?

Read carefully what it is said: "Temporary residence permit that can be upgraded to a permanent one (‘midlertidig opholdstilladelse mmf varigt ophold’)".

This is really important, because your partner must be elegible for a permanente residence. This is the case if you are a Dane and your wife is accompanying you, for example. She can study for free and even apply for the SU. She is elegible for SU if -, and only if, - you full time job.

Someone, some time ago tried to apply and was told that he had to pay, because he was not elegible for permanent residence permit. He posted his story here in the forum. It seems his wife was European and he was not. She was in Denmark and brought him over. Something of that sort. If you are a Dane, then she can study for free, if you are not, I am not sure. Maybe someone else here in the forum can answer this for you.

My tip is: try to find out if she is elegible for a permanent residence permit. Maybe Udlændingestyrelsen can help.

Yes, it seems you are elegible. Also for the SU, since she has a full time job. You ought to read the latest requirements for the latter though, since they might have changed.

hi ,thanks for the reply ,,,wat do u mean by latter? and which requirements

One thing is whether you have to pay tuition, that is accirding to one set of rules, another thing is whether you qualify for SU (scholarship), which is given according to a different set of rules.
