Hi

We just sent a family reunification and now I am here in Denmark for procedural stay while waiting for the decision. I know that I am not allowed to work while waiting but am I also not allowed to study here? Language or normal study ( higher education ), htx, hhx, vocational courses among others?

Thank you for your time.

Mvh

If the courses don't ask for a CPR number and if you pay for tuition yourself, it should be possible. But not at institutions like HTX, etc. because they provide free education for legal residents only.

No, no studies, vocational training, nor volunteering of any kind.

Language courses, which are not 'official' and cannot issue official diplomas, are allowed.

Hi. Iam in denmark illegally from about ayear ago. I have a child and pregnant now. My husband and my baby have the danish nationality. I have applied for family reunification from about 4 years and got refused because we are relatives ( cousins) what should i do now?

Having a baby will not change your situation. So probably best to return home and deliver there.

Alternatively, use EU laws to move legally to another EU country.

Does it benefit to make a divorce and that i want to live here with my babies only?

No. If for some reason you cannot go back to your home country, the only viable other solution is that you and your husband move to another EU country such as Sweden or Germany. After 3 months there you can then return to Denmark using EU laws.
