Today, was my mundtlige prøve in Danske 3. After the test, examiner said that I have passed the whole test and I will receive the diploma soon. My total numbers are 2.5.

Is the rule about citizenship application that one need to have passed it only. Or there is any requirement for minimum characters also? At lærdansk another student was telling me that one need to pass with minimum 4 characters.

If your average is 2,5, it should be sufficient.

I called ministry of justice and they confirmed that, that is enough. There is no separate requirement for numbers of grades.
