Hello, my question is the following:

Is it possible to get SU just by the fact of having a permanet residence permit ?

I have a permanent opholdstilladelse under one of the special rules "Argentine citizen with strong ties to Denmark", but fullfilling none of the SU conditions listed on www.su.dk

I came to Denmark for the first time in Juni 2012, with a pause of five months when I came back to my country after one year and a half... So the rule of being continously 5 years will not work.
I have being working to maintain my studies but only 40 hours per week in the hollidays...So the rule of work for 3 years 40 times weekly wont apply either.

It is important to me to get an extra income this semester because I will be doing an unpaid internship, and therefore I will not have extra time to do a student job in the week.

Sorry but I don't understand how you can have obtained a "permanent residence permit". Please elaborate. Are you sure it's not just a temporary residence permit?

Yes , it is a permanent residence. I'm posting the condition for the residence permition I have below, from nyidanmark:

"If you are an Argentinean citizen who has an affiliation to the Danish minority in Argentina, and have been granted residence according to the terms of the Aliens Act, section 9 c, you can be granted a permanent residence after living in Denmark for 12 months, if you have not been convicted of a crime, have no public debts, and have met the Danish language requirement (the Danish language test 2 or a Danish language test of an equivalent or higher level). "

But as it can be seen , this condition are not the same as for SU.

Okay, sorry for my ignorance. I know there is a Danish minority in Germany but I have never heard of any such group in Argentina, let alone that they had a special way to obtain residence permits.

In this case, it's clear that a permanent residence permit isn't enough to qualify for SU, I'm afraid. SU has its own set of rules. However, I think there are some special circumstances such as if you belong to the Danish minority in Germany. There might be something similar for the Danish minority in Argentina. At least it would be worth to ask SU-styrelsen.
