Hi

Can my wife who is eu can get su if i am working 44 hours or worked before for the past 3 years or so.

I am a non eu who is married to eu. We want to know if she can get su if i am working part time.

How much you work is irrelevant because you are the non-EU.

If she has status as a student and signed up at a registered education centre, she can get SU.

So if she is a student and i work she cannot get su? Since i am a spouse and working.

You can work all you want without effecting her situation.

If she want to study, she can study and get SU.

But if she study and get SU, and you also want to study, then only she will be able to get SU.

What about if i lived in denmark for 5 years. It says i can get su if i lived in denmark for 5 years
