May i ask which EU draft are we writing about?

Or that was just a part of the now dead EU-deal UK made with the EU back in february?
I hope not this is something the EU considers.Should I be worried?

I am myself involved in a relation with a non EU citizen.I have permanent residence in Denmak after EU rules.She lives outside the EU, back in her home country.
I have read the EU rules and it states that EU citizen who have permanent residence in Denmark have ''en ubetinget ret til familiensammenføring''.That means i cannot be asked again to prove that i have a job or that i can take care of her.
But i assume we still have to prove our relation is not pro forma.
How about '''ties'' to home country?Could her application be denied because Statsforvaltningen, of unknown reasons, thinks she has more ties to the home country?

Will DF try to ''work'' a little bit on this issue?

On paper, the process of family reunification for a EU citizen(even with a non EU citizen) seems rather simple and straightforward, as long as the conditions are met, of course.
Does anyone have any clues or thoughts, where problems could arise?

Is it smarter to apply for a visa, such as girlfriend visa(she is thai) and then, once in Denmark, apply for family reunification?
Or best to do while she is outside Denmark?

About marriage : need first to get married in Thailand, then recognize the marriage in Denmark or she just comes here as tourist and we get married her in order to apply for permanent residence?

That was my thought too.

Now...Can i be so impolite to ask your opinion regarding marriage?

Which one of these pathways would you suggest.
1.Get married in her home country.Go through all the paperwork with legalisation and apostile, then apply for family reunification at the Danish Embassy(or VisaGlobal)
2.Get married in her home country, have all the papers ready, apply for visiting girlfriend visa, then contact Kommune in order to recognize the marrage certificate and, after everything is in place, apply for reunification, while she is in Denmark?
3.Apply for visiting girlfriend visa AND get married in Denmark as soon as she arrives here?
Wouldn't this way look bit suspicious in the eyes of Statsforvaltningen?

PS.I can easily write in danish, but i am thinking there are some users, who do not have a very good level of danish yet, therefore maybe is better to keep the dialogue in english to everyone's benefit.

It would make just about the same difference for your project, as if your project was buying a specific toothpaste and you would buy your toothpaste from a supermarket, a pharmacy or a Walmart.

And no, as the method of inviting the fiancé or fiancee on a visit, marry them in DK and then apply for family reunification is very widely used, Statsforvaltningen would not get 'suspicious'.
