Hi! I am an aupair here in denmark for 15 months already and i have a danish boyfriend aged 23. We've been in a relationship for a year now. But we want to know if what can we do to get married? He is under 24 year old rule. But we do not want to be separated. We also want to know what will happen if he gets me pregnant? Will it be a reason for me to be sent back home?

Sorry if i have a lot of questions but i hope someone can help us. We really want to be together for this lifetime. Thanks in advance!

If you get pregnant, you will be sent back home to the Philippines. So the wise tip is to avoid getting pregnant.

If you marry you will also lose your au pair visa and will be sent back unless you hand in an application for a residence permit before your visa expires or is cancelled.

You can marry if you are both over 18 years od in Denmark. But to qualify for a residence permit you must both be at least 23.5 years old when you hand in the application.

Otherwise you might consider using the EU laws to live in another EU country for a period of time before moving back to Denmark.
