hi everybody
I am living in Denmark for 5.5 yrs and have got PR recently.In these period i have been with my Danish girlfriend for 4 yrs.we are not married but we together have kids and living together. my question is can i apply citizenship after 6 yrs based on sambo not marriage.i read the rules it said 6 years of living with including 3 yrs of marriage eligible for citizenship.1 yr sambo before marriage will be considered.what will be the chances if i apply after six yrs of living including 5 yrs of sambo? is it depend on the case to case or just fulfill requirements regarding marriage?

anybody has knowledge about above post?

The government is getting ready to change the rules, so before you will be able to apply according to the present rules they will most likely no longer be valid. No-one can tell you what rules will apply in 6 month's time.
