Divorce and effects on eductaion

Hi,

I'm married with an Eu citizen for around 4 years in Denmark based on family reunification. We no longer want to leave together and apply for separation/divorce.

I know as per Eu rule i can live in Denmark after 3 years of marriage. The only problem i'm facing is i'm under education now (No tuition fees), will this rule be still applicable after divorce has been filed? In future will it be any effect when i want to apply for my permanent residence.?

I dont think you will still have free access to your education. Because I know you had free education because of your spouse according to the law. But since the no bound between you two, I dont think you can enjoy that right anymore.
Its only my thought. I am not an expert in this. Sorry.
I hope you get an expert anwser you this. You can also try to contact retshjælp in your kommune. I think they can tell you something.
