Maybe someone outhere can give me heads up about my current situation. Thank you so much in advance.

Im a non eu married to a danish guy. We got rejected from our family reunification last 2012 since my husband had help from kommune regarding 3 years back history. So we are advice to apply again March 2016 (Next year.)

I had been going back and forth every 90 days here in Denmark using tourist visa since 2012. Well, 90 days in Denmark and 90 days in my home country and repeat routine until now.

Right now Im back in Denmark and Im suppose to go back in my home country this coming Sept 2015. But I got pregnant and now Im in my first trimester of my pregnancy and since its our first baby I wanted not to take any risk on travelling back home.

Questions:
1. Is it possible to extend my tourist visa?
2. If Im allowed to stay here in Denmark, Am I free for my pre-natal check up to a doctor regarding my pregnancy?
3. August going to March there is only 7 months left remaining before we can apply for our family reunification. Would they consider me staying since the baby Im having is danish anyways.
4. I dont have a CPR number yet because we havent apply family reunification, what are my possible options regarding my check up? should we pay it on our own?
5. I really wanted to give birth here in Denmark, would the kommune will help us? or that will affect our case again to apply family reunifcation?

Im so trouble right now., Honestly I dont mind going back home to my home country but since I am pregnant and took me 3 years to have this baby, Im so really looking for options here. And without spending so much money on my check up and labor.

Please help me some ideas you have.

Anna, I think your best bet is to go home and then you can decide whether you want to come back here in 90 days' time to give birth here or if it's better to remain in your home country until you give birth.

In any case you cannot rely on the Danish society to provide for either your healthcare or that of your child. If you have a travel health insurance that might cover your costs if you decide to remain in Denmark but you have to read the small print carefully.

The actual birth will be free of charge in Denmark but any other costs associated with giving birth (such as medical scans or checkups at a general practioner, you must pay yourself unless you have a health insurance that covers).

And trying to apply for help from the municipality will contravene your desire to obtain a residence permit in Denmark! So you will be set back another 3 years if you do that.
