It depends if you see your child regularly after the divorce. If that is the case, then it is not in the interest of the child, that the child must fly to Brasil every 2. weekend to continue to see its father, and therefore your residence permit will not be rewoked.

However if you never see your child, or if you and your wife agree, that she will move to Australia with the child, then it does not matter for the child, if you are in Denmark or Brasil. And then your residence permit will be revoked.

Thank you so much. I do live with my child and we have been sharing all the work with the kid. We are very attached. Does the fact that I am doing my master degree and under SU influence some how?
