The baby will be a Danish citizen, no matter where it is born. Most likely it will be a dual citizen, having your citizenship as well.

Acorrding to immigration laws, you will lose your residence permit in Denmark once the divorce is through and final unless you can prove any other reason why they should allow you to remain in Denmark. That could be that you married another person in Denmark or that you have a highly skilled position in Denmark. Otherwise, they will simply ask you to return to your home country, with or without the baby.

If you want to go back to your own country, custody over the baby will be decided according to your country's law. You should go soon, as you will not be allowed to travel by air once you are in third trimester (last 3 months of pregnancy).

The father of the child will have to pay child support according to Danish law, no matter where the baby and mother lives. Your husband cannot legally withhold child support.
