hej to all...

i want to ask some info about remarry...i am non eu citizen and living in dk and i have 5 year visa card(that will be finish in 2015 dec.) on the base of eu family reunification but now we divorced(2014)...

so my questions is that

can i marry again with non eu national and it can effect on my current visa status...
and where can i apply for her visa statsforvaltningen or immigration office...
or what documents i need to apply for her visa ...i hope to get answers from here..

You can marry all you want, but since you are not an EU-citizen there are several conditions which you and your coming spouse must fulfill for your spouse to get residence permit.

Statsforvaltningen has nothing to do with visa. For visa you must send you coming spouse an invitation, and she must apply to the Danish embassy/consulate in her country of residence.

Also visit the homepage for the Danish embassy in your coming spouse's country of residence to learn where she must go to apply.

Please take note of the attachment demand (tilknytningskrav). As the main rule, you must have stayed in Denmark for 12 years, before a foreign spouse can get a residence permit based on a marriage with you:

The 12 years can be shortened a bit, if you work, but you must also have had permanent residence permit for at least 3 years, or have become a danish citizen, so even just fullfilling this basic requirement will take another 4 years for you.

For the foreseable future therefore, the only way for your new spouse to move here will be an independent residence permit with the purpose of working or studying in Danmark:

You can of course also select to leave Denmark and live with your new spouse somewhere else like in his country, in your country and so on.

very thanks to quick reply fundiver199 and mh...i visted yesterday to immigration office to ask some more info.about family reunification and they gave me application foam FA1..I read it all and but have little confusion about 51000dkk c.a security ....
so some body guide me here what to do with this and how i can take some letter from bank i mean i must have 51000dkk amount in account for 6 month or more when i apply for her visa or what hope to get reply about it with detail thanks..

The bank deposit must be put up, when the residence permit is issued already. But in your case, a residence permit can NOT be issued, because you do not fullfill the attachment demand. You do not even fullfill the requirement, that you must have had permanent residence permit for at least 3 years. So its useless to apply, because there is no dought at all, the application will just be turned down.

can any body here guide me again actually it my question related to my previous questions...i was getting info..about family reunification and visited also immigration office...as i understand for apply family reunification i need at least Permanent residence and 12 years previous stay in Denmark...plus some more so in my situation i do not have 12 year stay neither PR ....also i am non EU and wife also from Ukrain so it also non-EU land..

some body can now tell me in this position which visa i can apply for her (imp..she have visit visa as well for schengen countries so for her travelling here no problem) or i can apply some business visa or student visa (but here fees much high) or like any other visa for her then she can stay or work here..
i am very thankful in advance for valuable guide to me...

She can apply to study or work in Denmark, and for now these are the only solutions available to you. If you become a danish citizen, more options will open up.

@ chriz - YOU cannot apply for a visa for your girlfriend - it is SHE who must apply for a visa.

For a short-term visitor's visa you can be the inviting host (still she herself must apply for the visa), but for all other kinds of visa you can not.
