Hi please i want an advice. Udbetaling danmark did not pay my barsel penge because i replied a letter 26 days later. My e-books was going to my junk email so i did not receive the letter. I lost also a place for my kid in the vuggestue due to that. I complained about it and it took over two months to answer that they dont accept my excuses and they will not pay me. But there were several cases in my company that they accepted. Is there anything i can do in this case?
