My family reunification was rejected in denmark. Reason was under 24.
I have a permanent residence permit.
Can i get family reunification under the eu? or is there anything we can do to get it right?
Nothing works for us in Denmark and that is why we are considering moving out if this helps at all
Thank you for your time.

What is your nationality and the nationality of your spouse?
To use EU laws one of you should be an EU/EEA citizen.

Your permanent danish residence permit gives you absolutly no rights at all in any other country than Denmark, because Denmark does not take part in the common immigration policy in EU.
You can only improve your situation by becoming a danish citizen and THEN move to another EU-country. Other than that, you will need to simply fullfill the danish requirements, or live with your spouse in your own country or her country.

I asked a couple of lawyers in Århus and Odense in denmark concerning the family reunification under the Eu law with holding danish permanent residence permit. They have both got different views. One says it is ok you can go ahead and other who is living in odense says no it does not give me the right.
I asked the immigration the same question.
She said she is not sure and i waited while she came back and said no.
My wife asked the same question.
The immigration said yes you can go and stay there for sometimes( no definite period was given)
Please help and let us know what is right and why some says yes and some says no.
is there any rule to work around that?

You have still not answered the basic question of your own and your spouse's nationality. This is essential in order to tell you if you qualify or not to use EU laws.

Right, as Afghani citizens you have no rights to move to another EU/EEA country. Your permanent residence permit is only valid for Denmark. If you obtain Danish citizenship, then you will be able to exercise your rights as an EU citizen.
