I applied for family reunification with my son in denmark somewhere in may and i got the reply which was negative and hada week notice to leave dk which i did... I am now in ghana now and i have to stay here for 3 months before i can return to dk... me and my girlfriend not my son's mum wants to move to sweden and see if we can use the sweden solutiuon when i return to dk sometime in november or december.

She is 26 and a danish citizen and writing her thesis from a danish University and on su.. She has a spare job in denmark and working between 15 to 20 hrs a week and can as well look for a job in sweden if necessary and willing to move there for half a year to apply for the permit over there and move back home... but the thing is that that we dont want to get married and we will like to know if that is possible and what things do we need for documentation and how to go about it..

Yes, you can apply in Sweden as an unmarried couple if you apply under Swedish law. That means your Danish partner must move to Sweden and register and you should hand in your application at the Swedish embassy in your home country. Processing time is currently estimated to be 7-9 months. There is no requirements on finances or job, simply that you have entered a relationship out of love and have met in real life.

No, you can ONLY apply from outside of Sweden in a place where you have a legal residence.

Otherwise, if you wish to apply from within Sweden, you have to get married first and your Danish partner has to be able to provide for you financially. In that case you can apply under EU laws instead.
