Good Day!

My husband and I applied a spouse visa in Denmark. But we got rejected, the immigration said to us the reason it was rejected because My Danish husband should not receive any help money from the kummon about 3yrs back.

I went back home in my own country as they given me exact time to leave Denmark.

Now I am back again in Denmark using student visa.

Here is my questions..

Should we wait 3 years more before we can apply spouse visa again?

What other visa can you advice me in order to stay in Denmark? My student visa is only valid for 2 yrs, and its really expensive since I need to pay the school every semester.

Hi Anna

You can apply for family reunification again, when it has been 3 years, since your husband received the last payout of kontanthjælp from the danish kommune. The time of your previous application is not the determining factor.
