HI I WANT TO CHANGE MY INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT WHEN I COME FROM RUSSIA TO DENMARK.
BECAUSE OF SURNAME TO MY HUSBAND:)

HOW LONG TIME ABOUT IS IT TO WAIT FOR THIS PASSPORT AT THE EMBASSY IN KØBENHAVN.

ALL MY PAPERS ARE OK OFCOURSE, BUT ITS ONLY BECAUSE OF CHANGING SURNAME I MUST CHANGE IT:)

But normaly, because you allready have a passport, it has to be send to Russia and back again, and can take 3 months.

I was talking about the international Russian passport.

I assume you don´t talk about a Danish passport.

Do you have dual citizenship or do you want to become a danish citizenship ?

Yes, it is my Russian International Passport i shall change:)

Only change my surname which are written in my Passport:)

Do you know how long time it can take?:)

3 months sounds very strange?

I can only tell you, what my wife had of waiting time, it was "only" a new passport, because it was getting to old, but because you have a passport, it have to be send to Russia, and a new one have to be send to Denmark.

On the other hand, the boy, that "only" needed a passport (didn´t have one before) only needed to wait 2 hours, then we could get it.

But as I said before, ask on www.rusnak.dk there is russian speaking people that have tried that.

And also phone the embassy, they know it.

btw, I remember something about 10:00 when you want to call them, the phone is only open for a very limited time.
