Does anybody know, if a child is born in Denmark of a foreign mother and a Danish father, but they are not married, and the father is not registered as the father at the time of birth, because the couple has split up before the birth, can the father half a year after the birth:
1. Make a claim to be the father of the child
2. Make the child a Danish citizen without the mother's knowledge or consent?
If yes to these questions, is there any time limit, like could he do it a year after? two years?

Depends on WHEN the child was born.
If it were born recently (after 1993) it will have the right to both its mother's and its father's citizenship.
None of the parents can 'make' the child a citizen - the rule above is laid down by Danish law. Thus, the child IS a Danish citizen, whether its parents want it to be or not. The father does not need the mother's consent to register the child as a Danish citizen. He does however need proof of the child's birth and his own paternity.
As for parentage when the parents are NOT married:
https://www.retsinformation.dk/Forms/R0 ... 40836#Kap1
§ 6. A man, who has had sexual relations with the mother during the period where she conceived, has a right to have verified whether he is the father of the child ... The request must be done in writing and has to be filed within six months after the birth of the child, unless there is a paternity suit in progress at the time of the request.
If a man is registered as the father of the child according to § 1, § 2 or § 3, cf. § 14/1, another man may not file a paternity suit according to paragraph 1. However, if the man was married to the mother during the period where she conceived and they were not separated, or they were living together in a permanent relationship, he may file a paternity suit.
