Can I apply for residence card in sweden under EU rules even though i dont have any legal residence in sweden?

There is a risk - although minimal - that the border police would want to see your passport. If you are traveling together as a family and can avoid looking guilty, that risk is minimal.

Once you are in Sweden, you will in principle be a legal alien, as the spouse of an EU-citizen.

The residence card that you must apply for is just to state your legality, it does not establish your legality. Your legality is established simply by the fact that your are there with your EU-spouse.

So i far all i can understand is that we need to show them that it is a genuine marriage with genuine address in Sweden. Probably bank account with good amount of cash to support us for months also. and i heard that if we aplpying in sweden under EU rules we need to show them health insurance. So hopefully that's everything. ofcourse the custody papers and the baby birth certificate.

Is there anything else we need to have?

I think you're mistaken about the nationality of your child. It doesn't matter where the baby is born in terms of obtaining a citizenship. What matters is the nationality of the parents. The baby will most likely be born with dual citizenship when the parents have different nationalities. So even if the baby is born in Sweden, it will still be a Danish citizen if one of the parents is Danish.
