I am Hungarian, living and working in Denmark. I have a au-pair girlfriend, she is Filippino and under 24... so we can not be married in DK. If we gonna be married in Hungary (just married, not to live there, because I am working in DK...), can she get residence permit in Denmark??

There is no law in Denmark saying you have to be 24 years old to marry. You have to be 18 years old, not 24. So you can marry in Denmark if you wish but you do not fulfill the national Danish requirements for immigration if you're under 24 but that's an entirely different matter than getting married.

As an Hungarian, however, you can use the EU laws and thereby circumvent the Danish "24 year old" rule. So all you have to do is to get married and then apply for a residence card for your wife as a spouse of an EU citizen living in Denmark.

I am over 24, she is under. But if I can understand, we can get married in DK, and She will get residence permit in DK, under EU low... sounds great! :) Thank you!
