Hej,
my girlfriend is working in Denmark since 1.5 years and is originally coming from Mexico. She holds the Danish work & residence permit.
I am German working and living in Sweden since 2 years as EU citizen.
Now we want to move together in Malmö but we are not sure if that is allowed.
Can anyone help us with this special case?
Thank you!

Your girlfriend cannot move to Sweden on her Danish residence permit.
As of now, you cannot make use of the EU-rules for family reunification, because that would require either that you get married or that you can prove to have co-habited for app. 18 months.
BUT you may apply for family reunification according to the Swedish rules. Your girlfriend must apply from DK, and wait there until it is granted - the waiting time is about 5 months if you apply online, 10 months if you apply in the old-fashioned way. Since she has Danish residence permit, she can visit you, but not move in.

If you have not been cohabiting previously for about 18 months or if you're not married, you will not be able to use EU laws. But you can apply simply through the Swedish national laws as boyfriend and girlfriend. Check out
http://www.migrationsverket.se. Mind you, your girlfriend will not be able to continue working in Denmark as she will lose her Danish residence and work permit the moment she moves to another country.
