Moving back to DK

My husband ( a danish citizen) and I have been living in Sweden for 4 months and are ready to head back to DK since I did not get into the graduate program I wanted and I cant find work.

I have been following feeds of others who have gone down this path and had success;however, I was hoping to get some clarification on a few things.

1.) We have receipts from credit/debit purchases during our stay here as well as his bank statements that show that we have been living here and making purchases. We do not have a swedish bank account since it was never really a problem to use his ( he works in DK and his bank is Nordea). Will that be a problem? Also his account statements will show use of his card in DK since we do visit on the weekends and he works there full time, will this cause trouble?

2.) I have a swedish residence permit( through national law) and my husband is registered as a swedish resident. We have proof that he moved out of his dorm room apartment ( he finished is masters in the fall before we moved to Sweden) and that he has changed is address and no longer has a residence in DK. Is there something more that we need to prove in order to DK to know that he has indeed left DK? Should this be enough?

3.) We have a gym membership and his monthly train pass to prove that he commutes for work. We also have a lease contract for a year from the owner of the apartment and have proof that monthly rent transactions have been made between my husband's account to her account. Is there anything else that we should include besides these documents?

4.) I applied to graduate school and was wait listed for the program and do not have a chance to make it in. Would this be relevant to US to prove that we had intentions on staying and living longer in Sweden but since I did not get in we now want to be closer to his work ?

5.) We have not used the healthcare system or started Swedish courses, but I have tried applying for jobs through the swedish agency, is this relevant?

6.) Since my husband has a company phone we do not have a swedish number, but I have bought a Swedish SiM card and refill it often with my bank card. Is this relevant?

From my understanding it is only that you need to prove that you have lived in Sweden and have not "abused" or "faked" the system, which we have not, but I am still a bit concerned that maybe we don't have enough evidence?

Thank you for your replies.
