There is no such thing in DK.

There is, however 'free legal aid', which you may read about here:

Yes mh is right. But we have tried searching online calling law offices, you can consult to some lawyers with the first hour for free. But thats it. You can always go to retshjælp? Theres one called kbh retshjælp located near city call square.

Whether you can get help from 'retshjælpen' depends on your income. If you are a couple and your income is more than DKK 394.000 pr. year (+ DKK 51.000 for each child under 18), you can get help, otherwise not.

The free legal aid I gave you link to before also depends on your income (over a certain limit = you cannot get it), according to the same rules for income.

The lawyers in 'retshjælpen' - most of whom are master's student of law with a bachelor's degree in law - cannot represent you in a court case, and only certain offices will advice you in a criminal case.

They also will not assist you if your case is about your business.

The Copenhagen legal aid office link is here: http://www.retshjaelpen.dk/eng/
