i don't understand this law of denmark but someone like me i had to leave the cuntry since three years and i have to wait one year more and the only thing i could do is to come for vacation to meet with my husband but sure it was few occasion and finally in my last time to meet with him i found out he got a girlfreind who works in middelfrat kommune and she new that he is married but she keeping on running after him without stopping my husband has promissed me to leave her but i know soon am back he is going to start again so what i can do in this case ?do i have to divorce him or i should wait or what to do ?but am really mad about this situtation..

If you have proof of your husband's infidelity, you can demand an immediate divorce.

If your husband agrees to sign a statement regarding his infidelity, you can get the divorce through 'statsforvaltningen'. It will cost 500 DKK.
